Ceiling Wall Panel
Stainless Steel Paneling is done with top Quality SS 304 4G finished Stainless Sheet , Ranging from .8mm to 1 m thick as per the customers choice. The panels have minimum joints . The panels are fixed to the wall and ceiling with SS clamps anchor bolts , brass screws and welded with Stainless Steel electrodes . The joints of the s will be filled with composites paste to have a seamless surface .Necessary provisions will be given for the fitment of general lighting and inspection doors will be provided for the provisions for the pendants and theatre lights in ceiling panels. Provisions will be given for fixing the control Panels and X ray lobbies in the wall Paneling Areas.
Stainless Steel Wall Paneling / False Ceiling:
The panels will be made in top quality SS 304 4G finished . The panels will be made in maximum possible size to minimize the number of joints in Operation theatre s. The supporting clamps , Screws and fixing materials will be in non corrosive materials only. The joints will be sealed with composites paste to have a seamless surface. Stainless Steel vertical laminar flow with diffusers: We make Stainless Steel vertical laminar flow Chamber with Hepa filters or with out filter(as per conditions of the operation theaters .If the theater heights is less than 10 ft. It is better to install the filters out side the theatre .with the filters inside the chamber ,(the depth of the chamber will be 2 ft 3 inches )along with Stainless Steel false ceiling.
